Don't let a judge decide your future.

Our creative and collaborative style of family mediation makes sure you get what matters.

Dealing with a family conflict is hard enough. But when you go to court or pay for conventional mediation, the problem only gets worse. Both sides are forced to fight over bad options. The relationship is ruined for good. In the end, nobody wins.

NeutralEyes uses the opposite approach. We help you and your family member work together to improve your communication, discover the values you share, and develop creative solutions as a team.

In short, we put the power in your hands.

Our program is based on the work of Roger Fisher, known as the founder of modern conflict resolution. Our lead mediator Marci Goldberg worked directly with Fisher at Harvard Law School. Since then, Marci has expanded on his brilliant ideas to help her clients design solutions that don't suck.

Meet Marci

Marci's mission is to make resolving conflict an empowering experience.

Marci Goldberg is the President and Lead Mediator of NeutralEyes. She has spent decades helping people emerge from conflicts stronger, healthier, and better equipped to face life's challenges.

Marci earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCLA. She then graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where she learned the principles of conflict resolution that have allowed her to thrive as a professional mediator.

But Marci hasn't just studied conflict resolution — she's lived it. Having experienced a difficult divorce and raised a child on the spectrum, Marci knows firsthand how devastating family conflicts can be.

More importantly, however, she is proof that overcoming these challenges will allow you to thrive like never before.
